Land, land plot and parts of land plots as objects of land legal relations (part 3. Parts of land plots)

The article provides a comprehensive, systematic study of the objects of land relations listed in Article 6 of the Land Code of the Russian Federation: land as a natural object and resource, land plots and parts of land plots. The structure of the article is divided into three parts. The third part of the article analyzes parts of land plots. It is proved that the reasons for the need to allocate parts of the land plot are the development of public needs and optimization of land use. At the same time, part of the land plot, as well as the land plots themselves, belong to the third aspect of understanding land - land as an object of ownership (and other land rights). In addition, a conclusion is provided here, within the framework of which the main general conclusions on the topic of the study as a whole are formulated.
