Кибермошенничество как одна из разновидностей киберпреступности обладает высокой степенью общественной опасности для значительной доли пользователей информационных технологий и информационных ресурсов. Оценка его влияния на криминогенную ситуацию в информационном пространстве не возможна без учета состояния массовой виктимности различной категории потерпевших от данного преступления. Проведенный автором криминологический анализ ведомственной виктимологической статистики показал, что в период 2021-2022 гг. просматривается тенденция к существенному снижению криминальной виктимности от кибермошенничества в различных социальных группах. В тоже время кибервиктимность отдельных категорий жертв кибермошенничества, находящихся в активной профессиональной деятельности, остается высокой.
