Housing and property rights of individuals and legal entities in the process of renovation of the housing stock in the city of Moscow

This article discusses the process of inclusion in the renovation of apartment buildings, as well as the process of making such a decision by the owners. The cornerstone is the correlation of constitutional values with the decision to participate in the program of renovation of the housing stock in the city of Moscow, and, consequently, in the implementation of constitutional rights - property rights and inviolability of housing. The article analyzes the fundamental regulatory documents that are the regulatory framework for the implementation of renovation.
