Бесплатный доступ

In two-year trials there were studied the changes of oil fatty acid composition in maturing seeds of different soybean cultivars. It's established that the palmitic and linolenic acid contents were decreased during the period between 10th and 30th days after flowering and it is very stable from 30th to 50th days. Stearic and oleic acid contents were increased during the period be-tween 10th and 30th days after flowering and were decreased from 30th to 50th days. Linolic asid content was constantly increased from 10th to 50th days after flowering. A varietal specificity for the variation in fatty-acid contents in the oil of maturing soybean seeds is determined.
