Fatty acid composition of winter camelina pilosa of Penzyak variety

It is studied the quality and fatty acid composition of winter Camelina pilosa of Penzyak variety, received in conditions of a forest-steppe zone of the Volga region. It is shown, that the basic components are linolenic (38-45 %), linolic (16-18 %), gondoic (12-13 %) and oleic (11-13 %) acids. The content of erucic acid is low (2.5-2.9 %). Oil can be used on the food purposes as valuable biologically active additive in a diet of the person, and also for the technical purposes.
