Journal “Social area” in the assessments of its readers

The article summarizes the results of a questionnaire survey on the issues relating to the relevance and quality of materials published in 2016 in the journal “Social Area”. The survey involved 90 respondents; 19 of them are members of the Editorial Board, editorial staff and readers, 71 are employees of the Institute of Socio-Economic Development of Territories of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The survey helped assess the level and quality of publications in the Journal and make adjustments to the plan for its development in the current year 2017.
