Abuse of rights as a phenomenon of legal reality

The article examines the principle of good faith and the term "abuse of rights" as a way of exercising a subjective right contrary to its purpose, through which harm is caused to the judicial system and the state as a whole, to the participants in the process, and to an indefinite number of persons. Based on the analysis, a conclusion was made that the consolidation in arbitration proceedings of characteristic signs of abuse of rights, according to which the behavior of persons participating in the case will be considered unfair, is currently relevant.
