Abuse of law in international law: history and development

The scientific article examines such a concept as "abuse of law" within the framework of international law, namely, where the phenomenon of "abuse of law" originates from. Also, using the example of French legislation, it is considered when for the first time the idea of the need to take measures to exclude cases of abuse of law was formalized in a normative legal act.
