The role of the risk matrix in conclusion and execution of foreign trade transactions

Purpose of article is a to deal with the issues of minimizing risks arising and accompanying the conclusion and execution of foreign trade transactions. The basis of this study forms dialectical, system and modeling methods. This study shows some features of (1) collection of necessary information on the foreign legal order for the purpose of localizing commercial activities or any other interaction; (2) preparation for the conclusion of foreign trade transactions; (3) conclusion and execution of foreign trade transactions. This paper answers the most pressing issues that arise at the conclusion and execution of foreign trade transactions.
