Value of definition of the activator of the disease of the pyelonephritis and its stability for results of treatment and occurrence of relapses

The article is devoted to the analysis of sowing the urine of patients with acute non-obstructive pyelonephritis, with the determination of resistance leading microflora to antibiotics in order to improve the treatment and prevention of relapse. The most frequent type of the agent is E.coli, which is 48%. For the purpose of the further treatment in the first weeks after discharge from the hospital it is necessary to determine sensitivity of microflora to antibacterial drugs. This study is focused on antibacterial therapy.
