The importance of religious expertise in cases of extremism

The article is devoted to the importance of religious expert examination in cases of extremism. This study reveals the general provisions of extremism and religious expertise, as well as their close relationship. The main attention is paid to the reasons for the formation of such a phenomenon as extremism, as well as ways to help disclose and prevent extremist crimes. The article focuses on the official statistics of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation. Various options for combating this type of crime are proposed, one of which is the conduct of a religious examination.
