Цель статьи на основе данных литературы, оценить ангиогенный эффекты витаминов A, B, C, D, E и K и определить их потенциальное использование в качестве про- или антиангиогенных агентов. Показано, что Витамин А: 13-цис-ретиноидная кислота и ациклический ретиноид ингибируют ангиогенез, в то время как транс-ретиноевая кислота оказывает проангиогенные свойства. Витамин B1 - проангиогенное вещество. Витамин B2 ингибирует ангиогенез путем уменьшения фосфорилирования тирозина. Витамин B3 - проангиогенное вещество. Витамин B6 подавляет пролиферацию эндотелиальных клеток и ингибирует ДНК-полимеразу, действуя как антиангиогенное вещество. Витамин B9 снижает синтез ДНК и пролиферации эндотелиальных клеток. Витамин B12 проангиогенный витамин. Витамин С проявляет антиангиогенные свойства путем ингибирования образования NO. Витамин D действует как антиангиогенное вещество посредством индукции клеточного цикла и апоптоза сосудистых и опухолевых клеток. Витамин Е - антиангиогенное вещество. Он ингибирует как пролиферацию, так и образование трубочек из эндотелиальных клеток. Витамин K действует как антиангиогенное вещество через K-зависимый гликопротеин, ингибируя VEGF-R2-зависимую васкуляризацию.
