The Importance of the Education Factor in the Socialization of Muslim Women in Russian Society

The article is devoted to the study of the processes of socialization and integration of Muslim women migrants in the conditions of Russian society. The problem of adaptation and integration of Muslim women into the host society becomes relevant in connection with the intensification of migration flows, among which the share of representatives of Muslim communities increases. The influence of educational, professional, cultural and religious factors on the process of women’s socialization is considered. It is shown that educational programs and professional self-realization play a key role in successful integration, ensuring an increase in the level of financial independence and authority in society. Attention is drawn to the complexity of adaptation due to the peculiarities of religious beliefs, cultural traditions and social expectations. Conclusions were made about the need to develop support programs that take into account the specifics of the ethnocultural and religious identity of women, as well as help reduce social isolation and improve their living conditions.
