Significant factors influencing implementation of distance education technologies

The aim of the article was to investigate the influence of various potential factors identified by teachers on the use of distance learning technologies in the process of teaching students of higher education during the pandemic, as well as to identify the consequences of using these technologies from the point of view of teachers of higher educational institutions. The conclusions were obtained that the system and innovation of teachers contributed to effective teaching during the pandemic. Directions for further research on involving education managers and teachers in rethinking teaching not only as the main academic function of higher education, but also as a humanizing experience based on the ethics of support and mutual understanding.
