The aim of the research was to study the zoohygienic aspects of the use of Squalene hydrocarbon and conduct a veterinary and sanitary assessment of the quality of chicken meat. Studies on the parameters of the microclimate of the house, which contains repair young birds, showed that there are no deviations in the indicators, and they fully comply with the requirements of zoohygienic standards. When analyzing live weight, it was found that in groups 1 and 2 of the experimental group it was slightly higher than in the control and intact groups, but at the same time it did not go beyond the normative indicators necessary for this age and corresponded to technological standards in production. And the veterinary-sanitary assessment of chicken meat indicates the safety and good quality of carcasses obtained from experimental vaccinated birds.
