ABOUT SEXUAL EDUCATION IN ORPHANAGE

We proceed from the assumption that in view of the originality of social-pedagogical situation of development sexual identification of teenagers educated in the conditions of orphanage in comparison with contemporaries from foster and usual homes can possess a number of differences and similarities in its components concerning gender stereotypes, gender behavior, psychological gender of personality, sexual identity, gender identity, standards in sociocultural ideas of family roles [1]. The problem of rendering psycho-pedagogical help to orphan children puts studying of the issues connected with adaptation and integration of pupils of orphanages in society in a row with priority tasks. However formation of the norms of gender standard orientations and behavior stereotypes are complicated and the ideas of future sexual and family role are impaired among children without parental support. It is caused by the wrong organization of sexual education and communication with adults, existence and high frequency of removability of women teachers with in coincident programs of education which don't compose the defects of development caused by the lack of a family; insufficiency of manly education; insufficiency of psycho-pedagogical readiness of teachers for formation of good sexual breeding and adequate sexual identification of pupils of teenage age; continuous being of children in the conditions of a collective; the lack of the positive role of family education; the gap between a family and a placement of a child to orphanage. One of possible ways of prevention of violations of the process of sexual development and identification of teenagers without parental support is studying of its specific features that will allow to reasonably approach organization of sexual education and formation of adequate sexual identification of children in orphanage [2].
Thus for development of theoretical-methodological bases of sexual education of children in orphanage we have to solve the following tasks:

1. To research and prove the essence of sexual education of children in orphanage. A short explanation of realization and the expected result: Analysis of the researches on the problem of sexual education, justification of the process of sexual education will allow us to ascertain that the essence of sexual education of children in orphanage consists in the fact that it is a process of formation of moral relation to gender and sexual orientation, proceeding as consecutive and gradual acquisition of the knowledge of socially developed norms of gender and sexual behavior consisting of the corresponding blocks (moral, hygienic, gender, sexual) which give the fullest expression of the connections of quantitative and quality indicators of this process in the conditions of orphanage by a pupil.

2. To develop the principles, the contents, methods and forms of sexual education of children in orphanage. A short explanation of realization and the expected result: During the empirical check of initial positions of the research the conditions put in it which provide efficiency of sexual education of children in orphanage will be specified and approved. The principles, the contents, methods and forms of sexual education of children in orphanage will be developed as a result. The principles, the contents, methods and forms of sexual education are the categories set and conditioned by the purposes and problems of sexual education of children in orphanage. In turn the principles, the contents, methods and forms of sexual education are those components of sexual education which are in close interrelation among themselves and most actively influence its productivity in the conditions of orphanage.

3. To develop and prove a criteria model of good sexual breeding of children in orphanage. A short explanation of realization and the expected result: During a pedagogical experiment in the conditions of orphanage we will develop and prove a criteria model of good sexual breeding of children of orphanage which can predict the next and perspective purposes and problems of sexual education and the results of sexual education, and provide an individual approach to children with different levels of sexual breeding.
