Aim. This study aims to evaluate the efficacy of adaptive game sports for the sociopsychological rehabilitation of special military operation participants. Materials and methods. Key approaches to organizing adaptive game sports sessions for special military operation participants were identified. The psychoemotional status of participants was assessed using the following indicators: the level of perceived stress across somatic, behavioral, and emotional domains; the level of trait anxiety; and a subjective evaluation of well-being, activity, and mood. Results. The study demonstrated statistically significant changes from baseline. Specifically, the mental stress score decreased from 167.1 ± 2.1 to 124.2 ± 3.4 by the end of the study, and trait anxiety decreased from 41.8 ± 1.1 to 32.8 ± 1.0 points. Furthermore, scores for well-being, mood, and activity improved by 25.0%, 37.5%, and 30.0%, respectively, relative to their baseline values. Conclusion. The study results demonstrated a positive effect from the interventions, evidenced by improvement across all measured indicators.
