Agile-technologies as a modern approach to the organization of work in personnel management on the example of the hotel business

This article discusses «agile technologies» that contribute to the improvement of such main directions of the personnel policy of the hotel company as hiring, selection and selection of personnel; adaptation and certification of employees in the hotel; improvement of personnel performance assessment. The author of the article presents an analysis of the elements of the personnel policy of the hotel company, developed the «Welcome» / «Introduction to the position» program for new hotel employees, showed the value of using stay interviews to retain productive workers and exit interviews for departing employees, and also described some methods of personnel assessment. It is concluded that the considered «agile practices», according to the author, will improve the personnel policy of the hotel company.
