The article analyzes the transformation of educational strategies within the context of epistemological scheme "classics - non-classics - post-non-classics". The article also analyzes the competitive dialogue аs the model of discussional representation of knowledge. Post-non-classical education is characterized by setting to the significance of the Other, on the understanding of the value and normative differences between different cultures and the development of an аutonomous personality, which is able to relate knowledge to their own existential experience. Agonal dialogue is interpreted in the context of game interactions, in which the basic value is the opportunity to stay in communication with the opponent even when the situation is fixed by "knowledge of ignorance". The conflict in this type of communication is understood as a resource, the process of identifying and valuable existential practice. Post-non-classical project of education can be based on not only rigid polarization of pragmatism and anti pragmatism but on the idea of complementarity of these trends.
