Aggregation platelet activity at sick of the arterial hypertension with dyslipidemia against hypolipidemichesky therapy

The objective of the work-explore the impact on agregatia platelets atorvastatin in patients with arterial hy- pertension, dyslipidemia. Under the supervision of patients with arterial hypertension were 33 1–2 degree c116, risk of dyslipidemia of type 3. The monitoring group comprised 26 healthy people of similar age. Ap-plication of atorvastatin in patients with arterial hypertension, dyslipidemia within 16 weeks, reduces the activity of lipid peroxidation in erythrocyte membranes of platelets, optimizes the ability of platelet aggre- gation, reinforcing the effect achieved with continued therapy.
