Akmeological criteria of fundamental education

The article reveals the complex of akmeological criteria of fundamental education: theoretical, methodological and personal ; article provides definitions of these concepts disclosing their content and characteristics of fundamentalization of additional professional and postgraduate education. The author emphasizes the role of fundamentalization principle in improving the quality of continuing education, the value of general scientific theories and modern methodological approaches in the professional thinking development, the ability of specialists to designing and modeling during the process of productive solution of non-standard professional tasks. Author provides the definition of significant for fundamental education concept “methodological competence”, reveals the personal criteria indicators: creative abilities, ability to self-development and creative self-realization, the high achievement motivation based on moral values. The recommendations concerning the organization of training process as the process of relevant professional tasks solution are presented. The author reveals his viewpoint on the issue of quality and objective evaluation of theses in the context of fundamental education akmeological criteria.
