Actualization of the method of law enforcement professionography: a triadic approach

The article discusses the issues of the professionography of law enforcement. It considers the possibility of improving the efficiency of law enforcement officers on the basis of a professionographic study. The interdisciplinary foundations of psychological and pedagogical support of operational investigative activities are defined, its synergetic paradigm is proposed, which assumes a triadic approach to the profession of an operational officer of the Department of Internal Affairs, expressed in the scheme “person-subject = law = person-object”, in which the components “subject” and “object” belong to the sphere of “person of knowledge”, and the component “law” - to the activity approach in the professionography. The necessity of separating law enforcement activity into a separate profession is substantiated, the preparation for which should include the simultaneous development of knowledge from the field of human studies and jurisprudence. The prospects of professionographic research in law enforcement activities are outlined on the basis of the proposed synergetic paradigm and its use in the field of reforming psychological and pedagogical training of law enforcement officers.
