Actualization of the content of the educational discipline “Literature” in accordance with general competences of specialty 54.02.02 “Decorative applied art and folk industry (by species)”

The article presents the experience of updating the content of the educational discipline “Literature” in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for the results of the development of a program for training mid-level specialists of specialty 54.02.02 “Decorative and applied art and folk crafts (by type)”. Methods of establishing intersubject communication of the educational discipline “Literature” with academic disciplines, interdisciplinary courses and professional modules of the specialty are described. The signifi cance of the exhibition of students’ work at the end of the study of the discipline “Literature” in further professional development is shown.
