The relevance of forming military professional motivation of university cadets of the national guard troops in conditions of conducting a special military operation

In the presented article, an attempt is made to reveal the features of the formation of military-professional motivation of cadets at universities of the Russian Guard in modern conditions, taking into account the conduct of a military special operation, which necessitates the need for students to possess sustainable skills of decisive action. The content of the motives that serve as elements of the system for the formation of military-professional motivation of cadets of universities of the Russian Guard (personal, professional, military-professional) is considered. The conditions for the integration of personal and military-professional motives in the educational process of military educational institutions have been identified. The significance of the phenomenon of “patriotism” in the general system of training students in higher education institutions of the power structure is determined.
