Relevant aspects of the development and the realization of the targeted programs of the social and economic development of a region

The article reveals the problems of the perfecting of the managerial practice and the realization of the integrated targeted programs of social and economic development in the region. The importance of the program targeted method of the planning as well as the reasons for its low efficiency are studied. The recommendations on the improvement of the practice of the elaboration and the realization of the integrated target programs are given.
