Actual problems of establishing adoption in Russian law

The article considers some aspects of the formation of the institution of adoption and the trends of its functioning in modern conditions. The article reveals the importance of regulating the legal relations between the adoptive parent and the adopted child in terms of ensuring the rights of the child to be raised in the family. The problems arising in the structure of the legal system of the Russian Federation when establishing adoption are presented. The importance of clarifying the relevant legislation to eliminate these problems is justified.
