Current issues of professional training of cultural specialists for inclusive interaction in the practice of additional education

The article considers the issues of modern additional education, which in the last decade have become relevant for the professional training of a cultural specialist, who, in the changed conditions of declining health in children and young people, requires knowledge of the causes of learning di culties that arise in the process of studying various types of art and skills aimed at overcoming them. The article draws attention to art education and its developmental resource, it was and remains an important area of activity of institutions of additional education. Art education is one of the signi cant areas that introduce the riches of art, contributing to the improvement of the culture of the personality of children and adults (general culture, etc.). The analysis of the practice of professional activity of future graduates of the university of culture and arts determined signi cant aspects of their future work related to the fact that they will have to teach both healthy (normotypical) students and children experiencing di culties in educational and creative activities (children with disabilities).The authors come to the conclusion that the need to solve urgent practical problems determines the advisability of expanding the content of professional training of specialists in various types of art, updating curricula and programs, including subject disciplines in them that ensure readiness to solve problems of inclusive interaction.
