The article deals with the questions of the corporate culture formation by different means based on the enterprise development organization. The author examines some methods and means of the present- day corporate culture formation. The author characterizes the modern idea of the corporate culture essence and the peculiarities of its formation. The role of the administration, subdivisions and a separate employee in this process is shown. The system of values, shaping its destination, the levels and their role and the essence of contradictions between them are shown. The place of personnel work in the corporate culture formation, its functions for the corporate competence formation and the algorithm of the personnel development are analyzed. The material from the PROCTER & GAMBLE (P&G) code of ethics is given.
