Analysis of state support for SMES in RF and developed countries of the world

The article discusses the problems of state support for small business in Russia and ways to solve them, based on the experience of regulating mechanisms of state support for the Ministry of Railways in foreign countries. The main measures of support and problems of small business development in the Russian Federation are investigated, the main obstacles faced by small business at the present stage are analyzed. The main mechanisms of small business support in Germany and the USA are considered. Based on the experience of supporting SMEs in developed countries, measures are proposed to improve the environment for doing small business in Russia.
