Efficiency analysis of the modern educational technologies application in the process of future civil servant's readiness formation towards professional activity

The article examines the result of the future civil servants' readiness towards professional activity in the conditions of HEIs through the application of modern educational technologies. In the author's view, the professionalism of civil servants is defined as competence (i.e. professional knowledge in public or municipal administration), which is not so much composed of the skills and abilities acquired during theoretical training but rather determined by readiness to apply them in practice. The aim of the study is to substantiate the efficiency of applying modern pedagogical technologies contributing to the formation of future civil servant's readiness towards professional activities. A comparative analysis of the experimental results demonstrates the effectiveness of the considered learning technologies in facilitating successful adaptation and full self-realization of graduates of HEIs.
