Analysis of economic and mathematical methods for assessing the reliability of management decisions

Бесплатный доступ

The article focuses on considering approaches to assessing the reliability of management decisions being taken at all stages of the life cycle of a construction enterprise project. At the stages of goal-setting and planning a construction company has to take into account all kinds of factors and constraints which can have a negative impact because of an ever-changing external and internal environment. At the implementation stage the ability to quickly adapt to new factors and constraints is important. Thus, on the one hand, it is necessary to rigidly establish frameworks and boundaries for the scope of managerial decision-making, and on the other hand, to have a possibility of flexible response to the threats arising at the project implementation stage. This ability is largely ensured by the reliability of the management decisions being taken. The article presents two approaches to assessing the level of reliability: probabilistic and statistical. Based on these approaches, economic and mathematical methods are presented.
