The analyses of intellectual capital organization's concepts

We consider three basic ranges of issues on which to focus research interests include: knowledge as a factor of economic growth; knowledge of the economic relations structure; the role of knowledge in the company''s functioning. The human capital accumulation is considered «new growth theories» as a special education industry, which uses the human capital as an investment. Knowledge''s exploitation means for the company in the form of their conversion product, technology, expertise, new organization''s quality. It revealed that supporters of evolutionary growth theory deny the preconditions of neoclassical theory because of the following: technological progress is not exogenous in their view; they believe that the individual factors of production cannot be considered in isolation - on the contrary, they are highly influenced by each other;, growth and economic dynamism to a greater extent determined by the processes of learning and discovery, rather than the results of the resources allocation in their view. L. Prusak regards the knowledge''s dissemination in the market system, and identifies three categories of participants in this process: buyers, sellers and knowledge''s brokers.
