Analysis of methods of increasing restoration volumes based on international experience

This article analyzes methods for increasing the volume of reconstruction of cultural heritage sites in Russia. The current initiatives aimed at solving existing problems are analyzed. A comparative analysis of legislation in the sphere of regulating the field of reconstruction in Russia and the United States is given, on the basis of which the possibilities for integrating the most important points into Russian legislation are considered. The Historical Tax Credit program was considered as an example of a successful program aimed at reconstructing culturally significant sites.
