The human body requires minerals for proper functioning, as they participate in biochemical processes and metabolic reactions. The diet of people in the postoperative period and during recovery requires special attention. A search for relevant scientific publications has been conducted in the PubMed and Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI) databases using the following keywords: “enteral nutrition”, “high-energy enteral nutrition products”, and “minerals”. An analysis of the domestic market for enteral nutrition sold through retail chains has been carried out. Manufacturers of high-energy enteral nutrition products and their product names have been identified. A comparative analysis of the chemical and mineral composition of these products and their compliance with the physiological needs of adults has been carried out. It has been found that the protein content in high-energy enteral nutrition products ranges from 6.0 to 7.5 g, fat content falls within the range from 5.0 to 6.2 g, and carbohydrates content ranges from 18.2 to 19.3 g per 100 ml of the finished product. The total mineral content in the mixtures ranges from 621.6 to 767.0 mg.
