The analysis of non-productive elements of the working day time at preparation of rough forage in the Irkutsk region

The article identifies the reasons for reducing the production of rough forages in the Irkutsk region in the last 10 years. These include a reduction in acreage of forage crops, decrease in park of forage harvesters and transport equipment, violation of technological operations and discipline. The work provides the technique of the analysis of non-productive time elements of the working day, which is based on the method of observation chronometry. The feature of the technique is that unproductive time characteristics are allocated in the balance of the time change in the performance of technological operations in hay, depending on the operator (his qualifications, work experience and physical condition), the technical condition of harvesting-transport machines (their structural features) and climatic conditions. According to the research, a number of measures to improve the efficiency of harvesting process by reducing unproductive expenses of working hours is proposed.
