The analysis of the development of the inclusive preschool education system in Smolensk for 2016-2019

The analysis of the morbidity of school-age children and adolescents in the city of Smolensk revealed the leading positions of diseases of the musculoskeletal system and the very low number of healthy students. The analysis of statistical data on the work of the territorial psychological, medical and pedagogical commissions of the city of Smolensk showed an increase in the number of children with different nosologies, or an approximate preservation of the quantitative composition of the groups. The authors analyzed the state of the system of psychological and pedagogical support for children with disabilities in schools and in preschool educational institutions of Smolensk. The research showed that today unsolved problems remain for successful implementation of the federal state educational standard for children with disabilities. Moreover, difficulties have been identified in creating special conditions for education and training children, reasons for non-compliance with the recommendations of the territorial psychological-medical-pedagogical commissions. The period under review: from 2016 to 2019 inclusive.
