In recent years, there has been a growing trend toward the development and implementation of noninvasive diagnostic methods aimed at improving the accuracy and accessibility of cancer diagnostics. Researchers have shown particular interest in the potential use of vocal characteristics for the early detection of malignant neoplasms, including glioblastoma. Changes in speech activity may serve as indicators of pathological processes within the body. The article has identified key acoustic markers characterizing alterations in vocal production among patients with malignant brain tumors. A mathematical framework has been developed for the quantitative assessment of changes in speech parameters in this patient population. In addition, informative acoustic indices have been determined, enabling the reliable detection of tumor recurrence in the brain based on the analysis of speech patterns.
