Analysis of regional problems of privatization of service housing

Purpose: To analyze the existing problems of law enforcement practice in the field of privatization of service housing, identify the problems of law enforcement practice in the field of privatization of service housing and offer possible solutions. Methodology: Analysis, synthesis and scientific abstraction were applied in this study. As an object of research in the paper the conditions of privatization of office premises in municipalities of Tula and Chelyabinsk are chosen. Results: Based on the analysis of judicial practice, the author identifies the shortcomings in the conditions of privatization of service housing owned by these municipalities, which can lead to infringement of the legal rights of citizens, and suggests possible ways to eliminate such shortcomings. Novelty/originality/value: The paper has a certain scientific value, as it is one of the first attempts to analyze the privatization of service housing in various municipalities.
