Analysis of the State of State Assets in the Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic

The article examines the state of assets in the industrial sector of the Kyrgyz Republic in the context of modern economic realities. An analysis of the dynamics of industrial production, the structure of state ownership, and the efficiency of state enterprise management was conducted. Based on data from the National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Economy and Commerce for 2023–2025, key trends and problems in the management of state industrial assets were identified. Special attention is paid to the energy complex as the largest segment of state industrial property. Directions for reforming the state property management system, including institutional transformations of 2023, are considered. Recommendations for improving the efficiency of managing state assets in the country’s industry, taking into account the objectives of the National Development Program until 2030, are substantiated.
