The analysis of modern tendencies and potential threats of development of labor market of the Volgograd region in the educational sphere

The labor market in the educational sphere, that is dynamic, structurally dis-balanced and labor deficient at the modern stage, is analyzed. There are described its peculiarities: the deficit of qualified specialists, the gender-based disbalance, the aging of labor sources, the addition of traditional forms of education by innovative ones, the influence of regional factors of development on the labor market and the existent dependence of educational quality on the region.
