Modern chemoimmunotherapy (CIT) of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is constantly being improved, which requires the study of methods for assessing its effectiveness. The existing immunophenotypic method allows the determination of minimal residual disease (MRD) with an accuracy of <0.01% of tumor cells, which is referred to as unmeasurable residual disease (IMRD). It has been shown that the achievement of BMD improved treatment results. The idea of the undertaken work is that, upon reaching BMP, some of the tumor cells can remain in situ due to their adhesive properties, while the synthesis of free light chains (FLC) by tumor cells makes it possible to detect them in the blood.
