Analysis of tendencies and defining forms and methods of corporate education in Russia

Results of research in socio economic and pedagogical segment of education in corporate education are represented. Data connected with management of corporate university is provided as well as from perspective of forms and methods of education. Research on socio economic segment identifies the following: necessity of strategic planning, operation as driver of innovations, practical application of education. Pedagogical segment of research defines tendencies connected with life-long learning paradigm, self-awareness of adult education, freedom to choose programs of self-development. The research indicates that distant forms of education prevail and will keep the trend in the future. Classic lecture with case studies is the best form of education but it has to be methodologically adapted to distant format. The absence of adaptation lead to very poor efficiency of corporate education. The research concludes that lectures and other methods of distant learning in compliance with information and communication technologies (ICT) have to be verified in accordance with fundamental principles of pedagogy. The author provides recommendation for the use of artificial intelligence in the management of educational programs in a corporate university. Further development of research in the field of methodology of corporate education in the realm of ICT has been drafted.
