The paper objective is to develop a model of complex recording of interrelations between business processes, an organizational structure and an information system of the enterprise, since in reality there is no matching system, accounting, analysis and control of the interaction of subdivisions with business processes and information subsystems of the enterprise. The insufficient development of interaction models because of their multidimensionality and complexity has led to ineffective management of the interaction between business processes, the organizational structure and the information system of the enterprise, which undermines the activity of the enterprise in whole. In particular, the enterprises often face the lack of coordination on inputs and outputs between interacting processes, many areas of irresponsibility for the processes, and on the contrary, a lot of intersection zones of responsibility, needless repetition of processes or concurrently executing processes. There is a duplication of functions, bond cutting, and a lack of the units' authorities. Besides, many functions of information systems are “lost” or not used completely or in part. The lack of models of the company's structures interaction reduces opportunities to improve, adapt, automate and optimize business processes. To solve this problem the author proposes a new approach based on the creation of a matrix model of structures interaction. The research result is the matrix model of complex interaction between business processes, the organizational structure and information systems of the enterprise, which helps to design, analyze and control all structures of the enterprise. The matrix approach to the modeling of interaction of the company's structures allows us to analyze the efficiency of different variants of interaction of information systems, business processes and the organizational structure of the enterprise by multiplying corresponding matrices, which opens up new opportunities to improve the enterprise architecture. For the analysis and optimization various information subsystems can be used in the matrix model as an information system, including accounting systems, document management systems, ERP systems, quality management, strategic and corporate systems, document management systems, occupational safety, etc.
