This article is devoted to the analysis of systems of automation of design of garments for the purpose of intensity of functioning of the sewing enterprise. In the course of the made analysis the results directed on improvement of design-technology preparation of sewing production are received, and also need of development of engineering and information support of design of models, design documentation is revealed.

One of the funds of managing of technological processes, that are used in aim to quality improvement, expanding the product range to-date, increasing production efficiency and increasing profits, is to automate the design process. When designing process in the automated mode solution of creative tasks given to the technologist, but the computer solved the problem associated with the implementation of formal processes. Interactive mode is effective for a heuristic approach to solving creative problems, such as the choice of treatment methods taking into account the pricing of products and making technological sequence manufacturer of garments. Such problems can be solved through the synthesis of creative thinking and professional skills of computer programs [1].
Methods and objiects
The effectiveness of the design process in an automated mode is achieved by providing a systematic computer-aided design based on the establishment of the nature of the Technological Processes and the factors influencing the construction process, structural and parametric optimization of the process, a rational combination of standard and custom solutions at all levels of design in the workplace.
To reduce the rate of development and implementation in serial production of modern organization of technological preparation at all stages should be based on a programmable solution with the use of computer technology [2].
Application of computer technology in the design of garments offers great opportunities for the solution of rather complex tasks. Successful progress in this direction requires a detailed study of the possibilities of using mathematical tools, the development and application of new mathematical models and methods. In this regard, promising methods of optimization and operations research, because many design stages by the search for optimal solutions.
Results ahd discussions
Computer-aided design (CAD) of clothing - the logistics system, which includes a set of computer-aided design and interface with project organization, operating computer aided design from sketch models to develop a complete set of design documentation.
Modern CAD systems must provide the minimum time to start production models of any complexity with maximum economy of material and labor resources. The system should develop dynamically, using the latest advances in information technology and software.
Scientists and leading specialists of the Moscow State University of Service, Moscow State University of Design and Technology, Novosibirsk Institute of Technology, Moscow State University of Design and Technology (Branch), St. Petersburg University of Technology and Design, Kostroma State Technological University, Omsk State Institute of Service, and several other organizations contribute greatly to the development of computer-aided design of garments [2].
Analysis of CAD systems has shown that modern CAD systems include subsystems for automation of designing the next phases of production:

- Imaging appearance of the product: design sketches and drawings of models, the formation of color solutions, the development model catalog (CAD "Grace" (Ukraine), "Assol", "Leko");

In work were analyzed the computer-aided design clothes. Data are presented in Table 1, reveals the comparative characteristics of well-known in the market CAD apparel.
Pre-production of new models of garments includes the development of technological processes of their manufacture. This work should be done in a short time and with minimal material costs, and should be chosen the best option of production, since the design stage of technological process in advance given the intensity of the enterprise’s operation [3].
Improving the technology of garments’ manufacturing is due to the introduction of laborsaving technologies and computer aided design processes using computers.

Conclusion
As the table 1 shows, modern CAD clothing on the market, do not differ fundamentally in functions, but the difference is in the representation of features that allow you to design and technological preparation of production, ease of use and principles of working with databases. Despite the fairly large number of the Russian market the various programs for computer-aided design of production’s technological preparation.
Different approaches to improve production processes in the apparel industry gives reason to believe that modern software and hardware (such as CAD, ASTPP, AWP) do not solve the problem of making an informed decision about the launch of the designed model in production. Decision should be based on the calculation of the optimal value of the series and schedules, different pricing models, groups of production.
Thus, the problem of improving the processes of technological preparation of pro-duction of female suits for different price seg-ments of the market remains open and is up to date.
