Anti-corruption training of state and municipal employees as an element of digitalization of public administration

In the article, the authors carried out an analysis of certain areas of implementation of legal education of state and municipal employees in the field of struggling corruption based on the use of digital technologies. The main trends in the development of this vector of public administration are identified, their legal, methodological and law enforcement assessment is given. It is indicated that the implementation of the project on the basis of modern IT technologies, mathematical models and interactive communication tools will allow state and municipal authorities to form a system of training in the basics of anti-corruption in automatic mode. The accounting paradigm is based on the formalization of a systematized set of information spaces that make up the essence of this field, and determining the directions of formation of information flows passing through these accounting spaces: their descriptive features and algorithms; the interrelations arising as a result of such a movement in the system of combating corruption in the state and municipal service. The algorithm proposed by the authors is appropriate primarily for personnel departments directly performing anti-corruption activities, but can also be addressed to a wider range of people.
