Approximation of the dependence of the relative number of fires in the Russian Federation on the age of the fire perpetrator

An attempt is made to find a type of functional relationship between the number of fires per 10,000 people of the age group in the Russian Federation and the age of the fire perpetrator. In the process of regression analysis, we used the ferhulst model, which was previously used in biology to describe the process of animal population growth. It was found that the modification of the ferhulst model under the assumption of a variable growth rate allows us to approximate the studied dependence with 100 % accuracy.
