Assistant-internship as a postgraduate level of professional development: to the problem of the content of education

The article is devoted to the study of the education content problem of an assistant-internship as a unique form of the training of a highly qualified personnel in the field of arts. The analysis of the history of the formation of this level gave grounds to conclude that the active creative nature of artistic creativity for a long time did not allow us to fix unambiguously understandable requirements for the content of this education level, which did not allow us to fix the distinct status of an assistant internship in the system of professional education structures. The revealed historically established identity with postgraduate studies, as well as the correlation in content with the structures of advanced training, allowed us to highlight an important aspect of the content of education at the level of assistant-internship, namely, the novelty itself and professional "norm - making" as an eventual result of training at this level.
