Teacher's authority as a basis of development of pedagogically efficient relations between participants of educational process

The article discusses the essence of teacher's authority, the classification of the types of pedagogical authority. The author analyses the factors affecting formation of the teacher's authority, such as: level of development of particular personal qualities (pedagogical tact, exactingness, sense of justice), definiteness of social (as a citizen) and professional (as a specialist) attitude, individual style of pedagogical management, use of personal example.
