The study deals with opening a specialized department in preschool educational institutions as the perfect way of training teachers which is based on social partnership mechanisms between the higher education institutions and relevant enterprises. The research shows that such department activities focus on the development of a wide range of cultural and professional skills in future teachers and provide high-quality training. The authors developed the integration model for universities and relevant companies and enterprises by opening specialized departments. It allows one to respond to economic and labor market changes by means of core curricula that ensure the continuing and student-centered education as well as mutual interest and coordination of persons involved in continuing professional education.
