The article analyzes the main components of ensuring the quality and safety of hotel services and modern trends in the audit of the safety of hotel services, taking into account, among other things, current issues of sanitary and epidemiological requirements. When organizing the provision of hotel services, it is necessary to have a clear understanding of all the regulatory requirements imposed on the contractor of hotel services, the technical characteristics of all the equipment of the hotel enterprise. The purpose of the study is to study the various risks of the hotel company in relation to the regulatory requirements imposed on the contractor of hotel services, taking into account current trends. The object of the study is the components of the security of the hotel enterprise and their impact on the quality of hotel services. To achieve the research goal, theoretical and methodological approaches, theoretical analysis of scientific and periodic sources, the system method, and the method of generalization were used The scientific novelty of this article includes the identification and systematization of production and organizational risks of a hotel enterprise and the development of a set of organizational and technical measures to ensure the quality and safety of a hotel enterprise. As a result of the study, a list of the components of the security system that should be audited by the hotel company is provided. The article focuses on topical solutions to security problems that take into account current trends, safety protocols for the prevention of coronavirus infection in the hospitality industry. It is concluded that the current trend in ensuring the quality of hotel services is the participation of the Group of Companies in eco-certification, which will allow to follow the principles of sustainable development of the enterprise and reduce the negative impact on the environment in the process of providing services. Also, an important conclusion in the article is that it is necessary to conduct a security audit on a regular basis, to conduct an objective assessment of the security of the hotel enterprise for a wide range of threats included in the concept of integrated security.
